Join our talented team of professional busker & circus instructors onsite every day of the festival from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm and try your hand at plate spinning, juggling, diabolo and more! Workshops are FREE!

Strolling Performers
Catch amazing, unscheduled performances all over Sparks Street. Clowns, jugglers, face-painters, stilt-walkers… you never know who (or what) you’ll see.
Vendors & Restaurants
Not-to-be-missed vendor experiences! Have a delicious Beavertail, some Heavenly Desserts, or try some of Ottawa’s finest restaurants and pubs in a festive atmosphere!

Hosted by ZAP Circus, join some of the world’s best fire performers as they literally light up Sparks Street.

Buskers and Burlesque
Join Ottawa’s best burlesque performers and some of the world’s top variety artists in this risqué mashup of circus and vaudeville.

The Grand Finale
All all-out variety extravaganza! Catch 12 festival favourite acts — and more — putting on one last big show at Buskerfest. The Grand Finale show is always full of collaborations and crazy surprises, not to mention the People’s Choice Award presentation, so don’t miss it!

Spend some time with amazing people this Civic Holiday weekend, and volunteer with Buskerfest!
Jobs include strolling Sparks Street, monitoring event tents and performance sites, and even helping some of the worlds best street performers. You’ll get to see some amazing shows and we’ll even feed you!
